Deleted WordFence file ( wordfence-waf.php), via Defender and now the site is generating 500 error.
Tried deleted the following line from the .htaccess file, but still it’s generating a 500 error,:
<IfModule mod_php5.c>
php_value auto_prepend_file '/usr/www/users/organivs/nhmigration/wordfence-waf.php'
</IfModule>
Debug logs not generating any error, it needs to be given a closer look to see what could be causing this issue
