Dear Sirs,
We updated DNS records last week Wednesday and pointed the site to WPMUDEV – our first live launch with you guys! I’ve been loving the serivce so far, however, I’m getting users saying they’re still getting the old site. They’re also getting 404 error on new pages that are clearly published properly.
To make matters worse, the old site’s SSL has expired, and I think some users have accessed the site during migration, which may be causing even more issues.
I’m attaching some screenshots I’ve received to show the issue of the old site showing and the 404 despite it being a newly published page on WPMUDEV.
Is there any way to force refresh on all caching, and such, and make sure everyone’s getting the new site?
