[Smush CDN] Not resizing images

I have Smush CDN with “Automatic Resizing” enabled, however, GT Metrix is still reporting to “Serve scaled images”

Hello there

You are using css to resize the images, so smush resize won’t work there. For example, if I check the following image:

https://772701.smushcdn.com/1424450/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/2034-512.png?lossy=1&strip=1&webp=1

I can see the following css applied on it:
```
.hero_highlightItem__DZRDM img {
    width: 30px;
    margin: auto;
    transition: all .3s ease;
}
```
So, you are forcing 30px but the container is bigger. You can make the container the same size of the css, 30px and then smush resize will work.

  If you don’t mind to further clarify this matter, is this a problem generated by the website theme?
  Something like the theme’s css manipulates the image/logo and causes this issue?
