Snapshot Not Backing up with Run Now or Automatically

Snapshot will not backup to Dropbox regardless of whether I have it set up automatically or by clicking Run Now.

I have implemented the feature described in this post below, and it still has no effect.

    I’m sorry you’re still having issues with these backups.

    In order to properly track the issues you are having and all the steps that have been taken to resolve it, would you please keep all responses to this issue in the original thread since they are the same issue? This enables us to provide better support for you, and it also helps other members find solutions more efficiently.
