I have been using Snapshot Pro for about two months, and I have noticed that again (for the 2nd time!) that the settings for Snapshot Pro have disappeared completely. Here is how the screen looks when I login:

I had previously configured Dropbox to be the destination of these saved files. Here is my dropbox folder’s screen shot:

You can see that as of today, Thursday, May 28, 2015, the backups had stopped for some reason a little more than 48 hrs ago.
1. Why do the settings of Snapshot Pro disappear completely? This has already happened twice.
2. What can I do to prevent this from happening? It is a little unsettling to me for three reasons. Firstly, I picked WPMU as the provider am paying a monthly fee for this service and expect it to work. Secondly, I am relying on Snapshot Pro to make regular on-going backups so I can sleep soundly at night knowing that everything is working well. And thirdly, when these issues keep happening and the settings disappear, I have to manually spend time to configure/reconfigure the backups to run again.
I want to have the confidence that I can rely on Snapshot Pro for doing these regular backups, and I am hoping you can help.
