Some of my pages are crashing on IE11 for Windows 8

I’ve received reports from some users that the following pages are crashing on IE11 for Windows 8. I don’t know how to test that from my side because I am on a mac :slight_frown:

    I haven’t been able to get that 3rd page of yours to crash, but I can reproduce the issue on the first two, particularly the 2nd one (I’m using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1).

    May I ask when this started to occur? I know you’re on a Mac, but would you happen to know if the site worked just fine in times past in IE 11, perhaps from another source?

    Doing a conflict test would be wise, as mentioned over at the bottom of our Getting Support page:

    But since you’re on a Mac, I’ve got just the thing that should help with this:

    That’s a handy service (which does offer a free trial) that can be used to test a site in quite a few setups, including the one you mentioned your users were using. :slight_smile:
