Spirit Theme plus Ecommerce Plugin Creating Strange Product Pages

Hello

The product pages created by the MarketPress plugin when combined with the Spirit theme are coming out with almost a “blog post” version on the bottom of the page.

We only have one product in our shop “Comprehensive Health Analysis” – we just want the regular product page that shows first and be able to remove the “blog post version” that is on the bottom of the page.

Cant seem to figure out where its coming from. in Upfront mode it wont allow us to delete.

    Hello Patrick,

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I’ve visited and checked your site and I can confirm the issue. I have been also able to replicate this on my own test setup and I think this is a bug. That said, I’m reporting this to the developers and and hopefully they’ll be able to fix this as soon as possible.

    Until this is fixed, you may want to give this workaround a try:

    – open your front-page and enter “Upfront mode” (by clicking on “Upfront” link in your admin toolbar)

    – in the left-side Upfront panel select “Theme settings”

    – click on “add custom css rules”

    – inside a CSS editor that will show up scroll entire content down and add this code:

    .single-product .upfront-this_post {display:none;}

    – save editor content

    – save upfront

    This should hide the “blog post” part but should affect only a “single product” page.
