After working fine for quite some time, ProSites payments are recently not properly updating site access. I can’t recall the latest update schedule of when plugins were updated and which updates may have caused this, but I have not otherwise changed anything on my end.
Monthly subscription payments are getting processed through Stripe; however, no evidence of these payments are making their way back to the sites and users are getting locked out of their sites.
Even worse, for those who’s pro site status expires (either legitimately or not), they’re getting an error 500 page instead of any kind of helpful message prompting them to contact me or pay.
