Stuck in Easy Mode

I’m stuck in easy mode. There is no button to deactivate it. I have tried everything from these three threads:

The solution offered in the last one doesn’t work at all. It triggers a fatal error, see attached screenshot.

I have granted support access through the WPMU Dev Dashboard. I NEED Easy Blogging active on the site, just not for the Admin role.

I have manually disabled the plugin, but I’d like to know how to reset the admin settings using a method other than the one described in this post, as it doesn’t work.
