subdomains not resolving on the domain www.earnbig.in

I activated multisite on my website http://www.earnbig.in but the subdomain are not resolving.

Steps i followed

1) added required lines in – wp-config,php and changed .htacccess as per instructions

2) Added wildcard subdomain from the cpanel

the first subdomain i created is http://psr.earnbig.in

when i am hitting it i am getting “Page not available”

Please advise

    Hey Srinivas,

    Hope you're doing well today and thanks for your question!

    Did you just setup the wildcard now? Sometimes it can take a little while to propagate.

    Did you set the document root to the root of your WordPress installation?

    Sometimes when you create a wildcard subdomain it will make the document root like this:

    /public_html/wildcard

    Remove the wildcard, you want it to just be /public_html/ assuming that is where your WP install is :slight_smile:

    I've attached an example of what it should look like.

    Dear tyler,

    I am attaching the screenshot of my cpanel subdomains page. It is done as you have said it.

    I also changed the .htaccess and wp-config.php files as per the instructions

    i have created two sites

    http://psr.earnbig.in and http:.//sarada.earnbig.in

    both are not resolving.

    pls advise
