I just launched my new site about a week ago and I see two new paying subscribers. But I noticed that their payment details were very different when I logged into my PayPal account. I only have one payment method subscription on my site: Monthly Recurring at $9.99. Kimberly lives in the U.S. and her details look to be setup properly. However, Stefano, the other subscriber, lives in Europe (Switzerland?) but his PayPal payment details resemble a one time payment on the purchase of a physical item, even a $1.00 charge for shipping is stated in PayPal, making the total amount $13.00 (perhaps the pricing deviation is due to currency conversion, I am not certain).
Please examine the screenshots I took from PayPal – I have provided links below – and let me know what could possibly have gone wrong with Stefano’s registration as well as how we can fix the problem – Thank you!
