I don’t know why I couldn’t upload the header banner for my blog, can you do it for me ‘

    Hi @samier,

    We received your email regarding this and taking a look at your site, I could see that you’ve got a JavaScript error occurring on the theme options page.

    Is that the trouble you’ve been having with this?

    If so, could you please try going through the troubleshooting checklist here? https://wpmudev.com/manuals/getting-support/

    There appears to be a conflict with another plugin and that checklist provides a very easy way to find which it is.

    Could you look into that and let us know how it goes?
