Support System: Cannot View Created Ticket

For some reason, when a tiocket is created it cannot be viewed bt any one. All you get is a message saying “The ticket you’re trying to find does not exist.”

    I’ve tested this, and I’m not getting the same error. Would you mind posting a screenshot of the error message?

    Can the original user view the ticket, and the admins can’t? Or does it just disappear after you try creating one?
