Here is a feature that will change everything for me (and hopefully for others).
Like many devs or agency, I like to keep it clean and offer the best service for my customers.
This means every customer has an account on my site http://www.incensy.com. From their account they can check their invoices, payments, and renewals but they can also open tickets, order audits and more… They do everything from there.
Right now, the hub is accessible through a link on the customer account page. But, and this is a big downside, they have to log in again and are brought to another dashboard.
The idea here would be to ‘merge’ our website to the hub client, starting with a single login.
This would be a game-changer.
