My concern is if I am managing 100s of clients and none of them have a gravatar setup, I need a way to upload a custom profile pic. If not, it will be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to identify my clients especially if a lot of them share the same common name like John Smith.
Please implement this feature ASAP!
