[The Hub] Tickets – update created date/time and Client

I like the Tickets feature in the Hub but it would be great if we could update the base ticket details such as the client and created on date/time.

    I hope you are doing well.

    The created at and updated at values are usually dynamic usually registered on database direct from backend. Allowing the update from the front end could cause some confusion along with even customer complain, for instance, why it would be showing X day if the ticket was created at a different date.

    Is there any use case where you required updating such information?

    As for client, at this moment would require creating a new ticket, but please let us know the above so we can wrap all the information to forward it to our product team.
