There seems to be a disconnect between my Admin side and what is there on the WPMU side

webtesting.co.in/travel4foodfun is affecting the way that WPMU Dev was designed to do. Not sure how to remove?

I would like to have all the controls back to the Admin side within WordPress. Thanks!

    Hello Tom,

I would like to have all the controls back to the Admin side within WordPress.

I’m not sure I understand correctly your request. Can you provide me with more information? You can always control your site from the WP Admin, except automatic updates (that are not enabled for your site from what) there is nothing that controls your site.

webtesting.co.in/travel4foodfun is affecting the way that WPMU Dev was designed to do. Not sure how to remove?

You need to log out from WPMU DEV Dashboard on that site and it will be disconnected from Hub. Now I can see you have done this and site is no longer there.

Or do you have something else in mind?

    Let me know

    kind regards,

    Kasia

    Hi Kasia;

Could you verify if my WordPress website travel4foodfun.com is fully linked to the WPMU Dev site?

I’m not able to install (it was installed from the past) Defender Pro from either my WordPress Admin side nor the WPMU DEV dashboard. Please help.

When I’m on the WPMU DEV dashboard under my dashboard section and try to run a number of tests. I’m having issues getting any data from i.e. Performance or SEO. Thus, the concern is that my site is not somehow connected to the WPMU DEV site.

When I’m on the WPMU DEV dashboard and try to update. Nothing happens.

If you can somehow verify the connections and test out some of the above issues; I would appreciate the verification of the link between my site and WPMU dashboard.

Lastly, when I’m on the WordPress Admin section and go the WPMU section of Plugins; the tests are not giving me a score of 0/100 on the Performance test. What’s happening?

Do I need to deactivate all of the WPMU plugins? Then reactivate? Or?

These issues make me think that the WordPress dashboard and the WPMU DEV dashboard are not connected?

    Awaiting your reply.

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Could you verify if my WordPress website travel4foodfun.com is fully linked

Yes, your site is fully linked to your WPMU DEV account.

I’m not able to install (it was installed from the past) Defender Pro

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked and found that you already have a corrupted installation of Defender inside your “plugins” directory. Can you please login to your server and then go to “/wp-content/plugins/” directory and then delete the “wp-defender” directory from there? After that, please try to install Defender Pro from the WPMU DEV > Plugins section. It should install fine. If not, please let us know. We will investigate further.

When I’m on the WPMU DEV dashboard under my dashboard section and try to run a number of tests. I’m having issues getting any data

Can you please give me the URL where you were checking those performance tests? You can check Hummingbird performance on WordPress Dashboard > Hummingbird Pro plugin settings section, you can check your Image Performance in WordPress Dashboard > Smush Pro plugin settings section. But I’m sorry but I’m not sure which WPMU DEV Dashboard test you are referring to. Can you please give me a screenshot of that section?

When I’m on the WPMU DEV dashboard and try to update. Nothing happens.

I found that only the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin needs to be updated on your site. That plugin is saying that you need to activate that plugin first to update that. Can you please go here and activate that plugin? https://travel4foodfun.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-updater After activating the plugin license, you should be able to update that plugin.

the tests are not giving me a score of 0/100 on the Performance test

I’ve checked your Hummingbird Performance Score. Your image optimization score is very low and that’s what driving the overall performance to a low score. I checked your Smush Pro settings and found that you didn’t have image optimization enabled for your full size images. Also, you did not have the super smush option enabled. I’ve enabled both options in your Smush settings. Can you please go here (https://travel4foodfun.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=smush) and bulk smush all your image now? That should optimize all your site images.

After that, please run the Hummingbird Performance Test again. I believe the score will go up. If not, please let us know. We will investigate further.

Please let us know all these details. We are looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
