totally confused about Courses, titles, shortcodes

So I added 3 test courses.

I am trying to bundle 1 & 2 together under protected content, and leave 3 alone.

I tried to use shortcodes to display the courses on a protected page.

[course_title course_id="1"]

[course show="title,summary,cost,button" course_id="1"]

[course_title course_id="2"]

[course show="title,summary,cost,button" course_id="2"]

Instead of showing my courses, it shows the titles of blog posts and pages, it shows the courses are free (they aren't)

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

    Hi Kira,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I have tested it on my test site using latest version of CoursePress Pro plugin and the shortcodes that you have shared by changing the course ids in it. It worked fine for me without any issue.

    Please make sure you are using the correct course ids in the shortcode.

    Is it working fine for you if you use it in the non protected page or displaying the protected content plugin.

    To troubleshoot the issue i tried to access admin area of your site using the support staff access but i got the following error message.

    This request has been denied for security reasons. If you believe this was in error, please contact support.

    It seems something from your site is restricting me to access it so please temporary deactivate the security plugin if you are using any.

    Hi Kira,

    Thank you for your reply.

    You can find the course id in the Courses listing page in the admin area as shown in the attached screenshot.

    As described by youngkyleknapp in his previous reply you can can find the course ID in the URL when you're editing the course as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Ok, thanks! you know what would be great? If it was actually in the list and easy to see right on the page- like another column, next to Course, Unit, etc
