Translation Pro Site in French

I can not translate French Site Pro Plugin with .po .mo language file. I use Loco Translate Plugin, but the change does not appear on the site.

Can you help me ?

    I hope you are having a good day and thanks for the asking. :slight_smile:

    I’ve tested Loco Translate Plugin on my sandbox site to test how it works with pro sites and I got to know that it does not work fine with Pro Sites.

    You’ll need to use poedit kind of software to create .po and .mo files and then you’ll need to place those files in Pro Sites language directory which is /plugins/pro-sites/pro-sites-files/languages.

    I just did a test with poedit and am having the same problem, the translation does not appear on the site.

    I do not understand the problem, i working with Loco Translation and Poedit and it works except for the PRO SITE plugins.

    I do not see an error message and my language file its well placed in /plugins/pro-websites/pro-websites-files/languages/

    Can you help me ?
