Trustindex plugin does not show reviews

I added the widget on the home page

but somehow I can’t connect a specific company to this plugin.

I tried with WPMUDEV reviews and it worked. but when I tries with the actual company it didn’t

    Hello Daniel Peres ,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I checked the same thing on my end and replicated the same issue on my test site with the same business name. Luckily we got another way to place the review on the site.

    Let me share with you easy steps!
    1. Navigate https://trustindex.io/ and create an account. If you don’t have it, log in with the account.
    2. Create a widget and do all the same steps on the site (Which are you doing in the plugin).
    3. It will collect all the review
    4. save the widget and generate a link
    5. the site will provide you with one shortcode.
    6. You will need to add to the site page. All done!

    It will appear on the site’s front end.
