Unauthorised Users & Blogs Created

Although I’ve disable the “Registration” for my Multisite, but I realised there are unauthorised users and blogs created without approval. How to stop it? Thank you.

    If registration is disabled from the network settings page, it would be impossible for new users and sites to be created. The only exception is if you have another plugin installed that allows some kind of ad hoc registration, or creates a new registration process. Take a look and see if any of your other plugins might be allowing this.

    It could also be that these blogs are left over from before it was disabled. I would recommend checking out Anti-Splog. It will help keep spam blogs under control:
