Hey everyone,
What do you think of this idea? When you get ahold of tech support, instead of texting back and forth, you have a video chat with the person. This would make it so much easier explaining what you need help with (and fun, too? Lol.).
Frankly, I’ve never heard of video tech support for a webhosting company. It would be awesome!
