Which Plugin(s) are best to use for CRM?

I would like to stop using email so much and start to be more social as i interact with clients through-out the Sales/Project process. Can you suggest what you might think is a best practice for:

– IM

– Team Management

– Document Management

– Task Management

– Events Management (calendaring)

– Email Notifications

– Ticket System

– Training and Support

– Subscription based Services

– Web Hosting (pro sites i think)

– SEO tool

Should i use one masive site to do all of this or should i have multiple sites to do all of this, i need my clients to keep coming back to my site so i may upgrade their services.

Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

    hiya

the project managements i posted in your other thread will suffice for some on this list

we have an events & bookings plugin https://wpmudev.com/project/events-plus/

email notifications, theres plenty on wordpress.org but we also have a subscribe by email plugin. https://wpmudev.com/project/subscribe-by-email/

infiniteSEO is a great seo plugin.

ticket system, we have a support plugin https://wpmudev.com/project/support-system/

membership plugin can setup a subscription based system for varying access to pages etc based on subscription plan. pro-sites is great for offering hosting plans.

i am unsure about the rest. moodle might be useful for training courses, though could be overkill, i haven’t used it, but it’s the best free e-learning tool.

    hope this helps

do you think i should make one massive site or split it up?

    My ultimate goal is:

-use wp (and wpmudev plugins whereever possible)

-eliminate email as my primary communication tool with my clients

-be more socially linked with my clients

-think out-side of the box for managment

    -create groups

    -share documents/ideas/conversations wherever i can

(i hope this all makes some sense)
