why do i see the WHMCS intergration plugin in the pro sites premium plugins area?

i recently installed both WHMCS Provisioning and Integration. The Provisioning plugin only shows up in the Super Admin area as expected, and the Integration Plugin shows up in my main sites Admin area also as expected.

What im confused about is why im seeing the WHMCS Integration Plugin in the Pro Sites premium plugin area.

why is this not “hidden” like the Provisioning Plugin?

i dont want my users to resell web hosting…mainly because i cant and dont sell reseller hosting.

how can i remove the Integration Plugin? id obviously like to blend my WHMCS with my WPMU site but i dont want the option extended to my users.

is this how its supposed to be? any suggestions?

Try going to your Network Dashboard – Plugins, and checking that your plugin is NOT Network Enabled. If so, then simply deactivate.

After that, go into your main sites dashboard and activate the plugin only for it.

Your users should no longer see the plugin.

Note: keep in mind that some WPMU plugins need to be Network Enabled, but others do not, and only need to be activated on your primary site.

    Hope this helps….

    Hi there @airot87

I hope you are well today, if you are using the WHMCS Integration plugin on a multisite, you’ll might need to hide it within the premium plugin.

Can you follow the great steps above by @xonuox and see if this stops it from showing please?

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards

yes that is exactly what i did when i first installed it.

    WHMCS Provisioning is network activated.

    WHMCS Integration is not.

i went to my main sites dash board and activated the WHMCS Integration plugin but i still see it in the Pro Sites Premium Plugin area.

    any other suggestions?

should the WHMCS Integration plugin go in the MU folder?

Make sure you are not logged in as the Network Administrator when viewing your test sites. That profile has the ability to view and activate any plugin network wide, so if you don’t log out….you will most likely see the plugin in the list.

    My Testing:

    I just installed WHMCS Integration:

    1. I did not network activate

    2. I activated it on my primary site

    3. I logged out and back into a testsite as a regular user

The plugin did not appear. Seems to be working as expected.
