Will The MaxMind GeoIP be automatically installed on new installations, or is that something that will need to be uploaded manually on each site for Woocommerce?
MaxMind GeoIP Is not a plugin, it is a file that has to be added to the site so Woocommerce will function properly for addresses for items that need to be shipped.
