[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Multiple users for a Client

Hi. Great platform. I have clients that would like different team members to have access to submit tickets and view the billing history. The feature would be to add mutiple users to a single Client so they can all view their Client tickets and info.

    Hi, I’m an agency member and a hosting reseller, and I was also looking for a solution that would allow me to manage tickets for clients and partners so I could focus on production.

    But I saw they have this paid add-on that allows you to enable access to multiple sites per user. The sites you want to enable aren’t white-labeled, meaning they go directly to WPMUDEV. I have to log in with a free account, and you can enable direct access from your settings, paying for a subscription. You can find everything here:

    I’m sure someone with more details will respond.

    This WHITE-LABEL service would be interesting for reseller agencies to help us grow.

    Hope you are doing fine

    Currently the team members can only be added to a WPMU Dev member account (as mentioned by Piero Meloni – CreActive Digital ). With this feature you allow team members to be able to access all the sites you assign them in the HUB. You can find more information in our documentation below

    As mentioned in the mentioned docs, team members can not create other team members, only the WPMU account owner can manage this.

    In the way the feature request in this ticket is presented, the options to add other team members will be open to clients and they would be able to create team members as well. Can you confirm this is what you are looking for?

    Keep in mind, this would add some complexity since you may be losing control of the team members added under a client (if you are looking for the client to add the team members himself). Unless you are also looking for this feature to allow you to add them in behalf of your clients.

    We are always open to feedback and our team takes into consideration any new features requests, just take into consideration some of these requests may not be implemented in a short or medium term depending on the complexity they may add to the current platform architecture.

    Hi! Thanks for the responses.
    To clarify, I have the wpmudev reseller and

    1. add a Site and then
    2. Add a client to that site that has a field to enter one single email that sends them an invite.
    3. This invite allows them to see billing and open tickets via my reseller isell.pro/hub
    4. They only have access for one email invite though and would like others in their organization to have access too.
    5. I would love the option to have multiple emails that I can send invites to for a single Client/Business.

    No need a video. At this moment one site is assigned to a single client, it wouldn’t make sense to have all other emails as extra clients since the organization is your client, however, what could happen is each client having their own team https://wpmudev.com/docs/hub-2-0/users/ as previously mentioned.

    But I believe we can extend it to your control, example, at this moment the team can only be added by the client on their own HUB ( not when they log in into your HUB ), to achieve what you are looking for I believe it would require:

    – Bring a similar feature as “Team” to Client and Billing;
    – Allow you to control there as well but client having control over which team member wants to add?
