WPMU Dev Dashboard not showing on Multisite

I installed WPMU Dev Dashboard at the network level, but I only want to activate it on one site, but it is not showing up in the plugins list for the site (the plugin is NOT network activated). I tried this same steps with a free plugin (regenerate thumbnails) and it worked as it should. I was able to see it in the plugins menu and activate it. Why cant i see the WPMU dev dashboard?

    Hi Todd,

    Hope you’re well?

    This is how it works on multisite. You need to network activate the plugin, then you will see the wpmudev dashboard appear in the network admins dashboard, only the super admin that activates it can see it.

    Network Dashboard > wpmudev
